Shannon has over 20 years’ of experience working in Defence, National Security, Law Enforcement and the Research Infrastructure sectors. Shannon specialises in the establishment and sustainment of cross-organisational and cross-jurisdictional systems of information sharing. Shannon has extensive experience in:

• Development and implementation of intelligence and decision support systems

• Data sharing policies and best practice

• Business process improvement and digital transformation, and

• Collaborative governance, stakeholder engagement and team building.

Shannon’s role in decision support, capability development and business improvement demonstrate depth of knowledge, policy insight and practical experience.
