Peter Brown | Director

With a career spanning 30 years, Peter is an experienced Program Manager, Delivery Lead, and Stakeholder Manager who has successfully delivered complex IT and business projects to Government. This includes working collaboratively with multiple Commonwealth, state and territory agencies on the development, implementation and sustainment of national and international information systems that deliver tangible real-world benefits and outcomes. Peter has worked with a broad variety of agencies, including the law enforcement, law compliance and national security community and more recently with the agriculture and the disability sectors.

Peter works with a broad variety of Commonwealth Agencies as a Consultant and Delivery Lead and has formerly held executive leadership positions at the EL2 and acting SES across a number of Government agencies. He has been responsible for leading multi-disciplinary teams in the design and implementation of new capabilities, developing stakeholder engagement strategies for agency-wide projects and for bringing important change management expertise to assist in their implementation. Peter has extensive experience in:

• Project managing a variety of project types

• Delivery of complex projects to Government

• Development and implementation of stakeholder engagement strategies through national networks

• Policy, process and procedural design and documentation, including service management, and

• Change management and benefits realisation.
