Nathan Senthurnathan | Director

Nathan has over 30 years’ financial, management and system experience in both the public and private sectors. He has formally held positions of Chief Financial Officer and Financial Controller at ASX listed companies, and senior positions in Federal Government agencies. Nathan has strong technical knowledge in applying Accounting Standards and preparing complex consolidated annual financial statements, monthly reports and Board reports for public and private organisations.

Nathan has significant experience including:

• Technical accounting and preparation of complex annual financial statements (Federal Government and private sector)

• Financial and management accounting

• Financial reporting, analysis and complex modelling

• Public and private sector accounting

• FBT, GST and monthly payroll calculations

• Financial system experience including TechnologyOne, Great Plains, SAP and CBMS.

Unlike many accountants, Nathan has extensive experience in financial, management and system accounting. He has a sound understanding of the Federal Government financial framework and the compliance obligations of agencies. Nathan has a detailed understanding of budgeting/forecasting, financial analysis, financial modelling, FBT, GST and payroll processes. His former roles have seen him report directly to Boards and executive management. Despite his high-level experience and understanding, Nathan is a hands-on accountant that can deliver work at all levels.
