Jade Hancock | Director

Jade has over 15 years’ of professional services experience providing advisory services to public sector clients. During this time, Jade has led a range of project advisory projects encompassing strategic reform, shared services operations, business case development, programme and project management.

Most recently Jade has undertaken complex program management, stakeholder engagement and communication activities to one of Australia’s intelligence agencies. Jade has also led and managed the Program Management Office for a $100 million dollar technology implementation program at the Department of Human Services, and undertaken advisory roles on significant reform projects at the Department of Defence, Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet, and the former Department of Families, Housing, Community Services and Indigenous Affairs. Prior to this role with two top tier professional services firms, Jade was a former Government adviser to two Australian Government Cabinet Ministers on all aspects of science, research and international education.

Jade’s broad experience across stakeholder management, communications, project and program management demonstrate her outstanding depth of knowledge and practical experience. Jade has a strong track record of delivering outcomes for her clients.
